Happy New Year

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted (as usual). I’ve been busy taking a lot of photos, winding down the semester, and generally staying very busy. The world has gone to hell in a handbasket, and seems to continue to be heading in that direction. I have very little faith in Obama, but my hopes are still high.

Last year, on January 1, Barbara and I went to Pt. Reyes National Seashore, where I was fortunate to be able to take this picture of a male elephant seal laying out on the beach.
